The ideal candidate will act as the chief technologist and trusted advisor, orchestrating Exein’s overall technical approach for and with the customer across all phases of the customer lifecycle.

Exein is seeking a skilled Linux Security Engineer to develop and enhance an innovative eBPF-based security agent designed to monitor and protect Linux operating systems at a deep, internal level. Ideal candidates possess substantial expertise in Linux internals, with specific knowledge of kernel structures, system calls, containers, process management, and security implications. Proficiency in Rust and familiarity with eBPF or C is strongly desired.

We're looking for a senior finance leader to join our team as Finance Strategy Manager, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial analysis, investor communications, and strategic planning. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we tell our story to investors, board members, and strategic partners while building the financial frameworks that support our rapid scaling.

You'll design and execute test strategies that span firmware analysis correctness, runtime detection accuracy, platform APIs, and customer-facing interfaces. This isn't standard web QA: you'll work with diverse hardware architectures, kernel-level instrumentation, and large firmware corpora. You'll partner with engineering, DevSecOps, and product to make sure every release is reliable, performant, and worthy of the systems our customers run on critical infrastructure.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will help shape the technical direction of our cybersecurity platform: a distributed system that secures devices and infrastructure across the physical-digital boundary, from embedded systems to the cloud. You'll lead the architecture of high-performance backend services and APIs in Rust, setting the standard for security, scalability, and reliability across the platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work in close contact with product, infrastructure, and security teams to drive key design decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to the next generation of cybersecurity products for an AI-native world. This is a foundational role. The decisions you make will directly determine what we can build and how fast we can move.

We are looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter with solid hands-on experience in tech environments, capable of owning and structuring the recruiting process end-to-end. The ideal candidate has worked within software houses, tech companies, or specialized executive search firms focused on technical profiles and brings not only operational excellence, but also a strategic approach to talent acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for redesigning and managing the full recruiting process, working closely with Tech Area Managers to define hiring needs, strategies, and budget planning, and reporting directly to the HR Manager. The role also includes a managerial component, which may involve coordinating junior team members or overseeing specific workstreams within the HR function.

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our team, working on the development of secure, high-performance web applications. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces while also architecting scalable systems using React, Next.js, and TypeScript to handle real-time threat telemetry and mission-critical security workflows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver intuitive, reliable user experiences, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to key technical decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend expertise with a passion for performance, scalability, and building user-centric interfaces in complex environments.

We are looking for an IT Manager to take full ownership of Exein’s internal IT infrastructure: from employee devices to the backend of our collaboration tools, all the way to the virtualization environments running internal services. This is a hands-on role with full ownership: you will not manage a team of technicians - you will design, implement, and maintain the platforms that keep the company running. You will work closely with the CTO, the Security team, and the People team, and will actively contribute to the maturity of our SOC 2 posture and CRA compliance processes.
